1. TERMS
By creating an account on this website and joining my courses, programs, and memberships, you agree to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this content. The materials contained on this website and in all courses, programs, and memberships are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. USE OF MATERIALS
- Permission is granted to access the content of the Company's blog, courses, programs, and memberships for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not:
- reproduce, duplicate, modify, copy, sell, trade, resell, share passwords or exploit the materials or access to the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
COURSES, PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, RETREATS, 1:1 COACHING: There are no refunds available for any courses, programs, coaching, or retreats. Should a User be unhappy about the content of the courses or programs, the User is required to reach out to Company.
6. REVISIONS AND ERRATA
The materials appearing on Company's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Company does not warrant that any of the materials in this membership are accurate, complete, or current. Company may make changes to the materials contained on the membership at any time without notice. Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
7. LINKS
Company has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Company of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Company may revise these terms of use for all courses, programs, and memberships at any time without notice. By signing up to any course, program, or membership, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any claim relating to Company's courses, programs, and memberships shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the website collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a 'User') of the website ('Site'). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Company.
