I teach women and mums how to create strong health without deprivation in a way they'll love. For them and their loved ones.
When people hear I’m a health coach they tend to make assumptions and ask lots of questions. “How do you feel about the chemicals in this product? Do you wear sunscreen? You mean you actually bake cookies? Aren’t you supposed to be healthy?” I welcome questions like these because they provide an opportunity for dialogue. You see, I’m not the diet police. If you want a chocolate chip cookie once in a while, then go for it! Pass me one, too. I encourage my clients to maintain daily habits that support healthful living and use their own best judgement when faced with a dilemma.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Does the importance of being a new mum worry you about how to provide the best food for your children? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. And how you can be a woman, a mum, and many other things at the same time, without additional stress!
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. For them and for their loved ones.CHECK HOW I CAN HELP YOU

01. GROWING UP
I’m an Italian girl who spent mostly half of her life in China and Asia and now is back again in the old Continent.
I am now mum of three beautiful boys: Filippo. Leonardo and Tommaso, who are our daily joy. Thanks to them I learned how to be a multi-task mum/woman/chef/coach/entrepreneur, while keeping my body nourished, lowering my pregnant weight, increasing my energy level and becoming a healtier me! Isn’t that great?
02. EATING STYLE
I have been vegetarian for the past 17 years, but I’m raising my 3 kids with healthy meat and fish as well, leaving this choice to them, if one day they will love to embrace it. I therefore cook every kind of recipe, only requirement: healthy and yummy!
03. DRINKING HABITS
Coming from Veneto region, I simply LOVE good wine, especially being in the company of the ones I love. Who said wine is not healthy?
04. HEALTH ISSUE
My journey to health and wellness began when I realized I had skin cancer and immediately started focusing on what I had been eating in the previous years, without getting healthy at all. Realizing the connection between emotional and physical well-being, the importance of natural healing with food, I implemented some lifestyle changes which resulted in a 8 kg weight loss and a much happier, healthier me. And if you are wondering, that’s why I became a health coach!
