I feel there has been a drastic change, mentally, for me.  I feel more confident and in control of myself and my decisions.  Because I am assigned interesting tasks when it comes to food preparation, I have become more aware of certain vegetables and different ways to prepare them, which makes me quite excited when it comes to experimentation in the kitchen. 

 I’ve never really had a problem with sleeping, but since starting this program, I feel more revitalized when I wake up in the morning.  I am happy with my weight, which is definitely dropping slowly but surely.  My blood pressure is well under control, and I have more energy during the day due to a shift in snack habits.  It has become easier when I go shopping due to my tailored shopping list, and because I now only shop once a week, I have gained some time to either swim or work out in the gym.

I feel SO lucky to be under the expert guidance of you, Alice. Your up-to-date knowledge and information related to our way of life here in Beijing is paramount, and presented in an easy-to-understand and interesting format.

Taking everything I have mentioned above, I would like to reiterate how glad I am to be a part of this program.  My interest first stemmed from being invited to attend a health talk on blending various fruits and vegetables, and from that day I was ‘hooked’! The topic of health has always been close to my heart for a variety of reasons, and now that I have made this commitment to myself, I know that I have paved the way to a very healthy future. Age is certainly creeping up on me, and thankfully I now have the best information possible to ensure many bright and healthy tomorrows. Alice, thank you. I salute you!
