This fall has seen me very busy running a successful Ayi Conscious Cooking Course at Green T-House in Shunyi, when I met great families and ayis. They not only showed interest to learn new things and recipes, but also managed different ingredients, learned the usage of new products, wondered curios around stores with me, and were initiated to the usage of alternative sauces and condiments, that have been so far greatly appreciated by their families.
