When people hear I'm a health coach they tend to make assumptions and ask lots of questions. "How do you feel about the chemicals in this product? Do you wear sunscreen? You mean you actually bake cookies? Aren't you supposed to be healthy?" I welcome questions like these because they provide an opportunity for dialogue. You see, I'm not the diet police. If you want a chocolate chip cookie once in a while, then go for it! Pass me one, too. I encourage my clients to maintain daily habits that support healthful living and use their own best judgement when faced with a dilemma.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
